The cultural diversity program has two main objectives

To utilize inter-cultural networking to build global citizenship attitudes across Lebanon and promote respect for diversity

To diffuse the cultural richness of North Lebanon as a pathway for strengthening its role and potential impact in development.

The cultural diversity program will focus on strengthening the role of culture in the sustainable development of the region and the country.

Cultural Diversity

This program operates through activities organized or hosted by the Azm Cultural Center in Mina, which serves as a cultural hub featuring a theater and halls that host seminars, exhibitions, and artistic and cultural events in partnership with the local community. Its goal is to promote diversity, pluralism, and a culture of respect for others, showcasing the rich culture of Tripoli and northern Lebanon. To date, the number of cultural activities has exceeded 1,000, spanning various fields of culture and art, including:

Art exhibitions and diverse cultural awareness sessions
Theater performances
Musical concerts
Poetry evenings
Film festivals
Activities for non-governmental organizations
Book signings

In partnership with the Cervantes Institute, the center organizes Spanish language courses and many joint cultural activities.
